Update an Excel register with history, summary and breakdown by trade.
Prepare the documents
Existing register, source records, new observations, agreed dates and verification evidence.
Name files with dates and revision IDs. Identify approved documents and templates. The pack supplies a method; project facts must come from your documents.
Organize the work with ChatGPT
Reuse the workbook and its IDs. The pack specifies three sheets: Suivi des réserves, Synthèse and Par lot. Preserve initial observations, dates and updates; a reported repair needs verification. Summary indicators must use formulas referencing actual sheet names.
A fictional example to test
Fictional example: R12 concerns lobby paint. The contractor reports a repair without a closure inspection. Add the report to history and keep the defect open. An unspecified inspection date remains pending.
Review the deliverable
Check IDs, totals by status and formulas on an empty register. Deadlines and clearance dates must not be invented.
Request the editable file, open it and compare it with sources before approval. File creation depends on tools available in your session. This pack uses French instructions and deliverables; the linked skill page explains importing it and includes a copyable request.
