Prerequisites: Claude Code + Node.js
The skill runs inside Claude Code, Anthropic's AI assistant installed on your computer. Node.js is the engine that runs the install command. Both are free.
Open PowerShell

Hand it a CCTP, a devis, a DPGF, or just describe the lots and constraints. Claude reconstructs the standard French building-trade sequence (structural work → framing → roofing/watertight → exterior joinery/airtight → second-fix trades → handover) and outputs a 3-tab .xlsx Gantt: schedule colored by lot, milestones, and a notes-and-assumptions tab. Report a delay and the whole schedule recalculates in cascade.
When to use it
You need to produce or recalculate a construction-execution schedule.
