DPGF breakdown by trade with ChatGPT: method

1. Download the skill

Download the ZIP pack below and keep it without extracting it. The standalone SKILL.md file is also available under details, with the exact filename required by the importer.

Download the ZIP pack

2. Import the skill into ChatGPT

On the skill import screen, select the downloaded ZIP and complete the import. Then open a conversation and ask ChatGPT to use the “dpgf-par-lot” skill. If your interface does not offer skill imports, paste the contents of SKILL.md into the conversation as instructions.

3. Add project documents

CCTP, dimensioned drawings or explicit measurements, item codes, supplied prices and identified options.

4. Generate and review the draft

Create one row per priced service linked to its CCTP article. Preserve unit, quantity, measurement method, unit price and status. The pack specifies DPGF, MÉTRÉS, SYNTHÈSE, SOURCES and À_CONFIRMER sheets. Separate options from base scope; missing data leaves an item incomplete.

A request to try

Use my installed skill « dpgf-par-lot ». Fictional example: item P01, 10 m² at €25/m² excluding tax; P02 has no quantity. The first total must be €250. The second stays blank and the summary flags an incomplete item, without applying an unspecified tax rate. Create a downloadable French draft in XLSX. If a capability is unavailable, say so without claiming to have created a file.

5. Check the result

  • Test a complete row and a blank row. Check units, duplicates, CCTP references and formulas; partial subtotals must be identifiable.
  • Open the file and check readability, incomplete fields and source references.
