1. Download the skill
Download the ZIP pack below and keep it without extracting it. The standalone SKILL.md file is also available under details, with the exact filename required by the importer.

On the skill import screen, select the downloaded ZIP and complete the import. Then open a conversation and ask ChatGPT to use the “analyse-offres-travaux” skill. If your interface does not offer skill imports, paste the contents of SKILL.md into the conversation as instructions.
3. Add project documents
Bids and revisions, CCTP, DPGF, supplied criteria and weightings, options and exclusions.
4. Generate and review the draft
Preserve original bids and map items to common codes. Separate base scope, alternatives, discounts and taxes. Show declared amounts, recalculations and differences. When scope differs, request clarification instead of forcing a ranking.
A request to try
Use my installed skill « analyse-offres-travaux ». Fictional example: A quotes €12,000 including installation; B quotes €10,500 without specifying it. Prepare a comparison and a clarification question. No scoring criteria are supplied: do not produce an official ranking. Create a downloadable French draft in XLSX. If a capability is unavailable, say so without claiming to have created a file.
5. Check the result
- Check formulas, exclusions and uncertain item mappings. A blank cell must remain unknown, never become zero.
- Open the file and check readability, incomplete fields and source references.
