Name files with dates and revision IDs. Identify approved documents and templates. The pack supplies a method; project facts must come from your documents.

Inventory elements, locations and sources before drafting. For refurbishment distinguish retained, removed and new work. Structure scope, interfaces, services, installation and checks using available data. Link articles to DPGF items without importing unrelated requirements.
A fictional example to test
Fictional example: only painting is requested; drawings identify the lobby but not the substrate or finish. Draft that trade, leave those details unconfirmed and do not specify an arbitrary brand.
Review the deliverable
Check every requirement against its source, trade boundaries and pending proposals. Verify necessary technical references before use.
