1. Download the skill
Download the ZIP pack below and keep it without extracting it. The standalone SKILL.md file is also available under details, with the exact filename required by the importer.

On the skill import screen, select the downloaded ZIP and complete the import. Then open a conversation and ask ChatGPT to use the “compte-rendu-chantier” skill. If your interface does not offer skill imports, paste the contents of SKILL.md into the conversation as instructions.
3. Add project documents
Notes or transcript, date, confirmed attendees, labelled photos and last approved minutes.
4. Generate and review the draft
Group facts by trade and separate observations, reported statements, proposals and explicit decisions. Preserve IDs from previous minutes. Link each action to its source, confirmed owner and known date. An action missing from new notes is not closed.
A request to try
Use my installed skill « compte-rendu-chantier ». Fictional example: action A07 concerns a leak still open in the previous minutes. New notes do not mention it. Carry A07 forward as open; a repair proposed “soon” is not a firm deadline. Create a downloadable French draft in DOCX. If a capability is unavailable, say so without claiming to have created a file.
5. Check the result
- Compare attendees, attribution and dates with the notes. Check carried-forward actions and pending decisions before circulation.
- Open the file and check readability, incomplete fields and source references.
